Master Planner, Water and Wastewater
- Participated in water and wastewater master planning tasks within the Strategic Planning Unit, NWC HQ, Riyadh, KSA. Accomplished tasks include:
- Review and provide technical advice on submitted Rapid Assessment Master Plan (RAMP) and Final Local Master Plan (LMP) reports
- Review and assess submitted water and wastewater hydraulic modelling reports
- Develop KPIs in relation to the strategic planning, spending efficiency and budget management.
- Monitor the performance of the regional clusters based on developed KPIs
- Review and approve the projects business cases.
- Define and validate a prioritization Criteria for projects and apply this tool for the 5YPPP.
- Lead the coordination with the internal departments, regional clusters and other external governmental authorities including MoF and CSE in developing the 5YPPP and associated budget.
